Shipping Policy

Thanks so much for shopping at the Ruby & R.A. Vincent Store! Below is everything you need to know about how and when your order will be shipped.

Order Fulfillment

Regular Orders (In-Stock Items):
We’re a one-woman show over here—every item is packed and shipped by hand. Orders for in-stock products are typically shipped twice per month. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Special Edition Orders:
Special editions are made-to-order and require extra production time. These beauties are carefully crafted and ship within 3–4 months from the date of purchase. Please check the product page for individual shipping timeframes.

Domestic & International Shipping

We currently ship to a range of countries via trusted carriers. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.

Note: International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied by their country. We do not have control over these charges and cannot predict them.

Combined Orders & Split Shipping

All items in your order will ship together in one package. We do not offer split shipping at this time, as this helps keep shipping costs affordable for everyone.

If your order contains a mix of in-stock and special edition items, it will ship once all items are available.

Tracking & Delivery Issues

You’ll receive tracking information once your package has been shipped. If you don’t see it in your inbox, please check your spam/junk folder just in case.
