Q: When Will My Regular Books Arrive?
A: The Ruby & R.A. Vincent Shop is wo-manned by one single author mom (me!). I do all the ordering, signing, packaging, and shipping single-handedly, so I ship twice a month. You will receive a confirmation/tracking number as soon as I place your order in USPS's hands.
Q: When Will My Special Edition Books Arrive?
A: As it states on the product page, special editions take longer to ship, and will arrive in three to four months.
Q: When Will I Receive An Update On My Order?
A: When your order ships.
Q: How Will My Books Ship?
A: Your order(s) will arrive in one package. No split orders/spilt shipping. This is down to keep shipping costs down for every customer.
Q: What Is The Refund Policy for E-Books?
A: No refunds on E-books. E-Books are final sale.
Q: What Is Your Refund Policy for Paperbacks/Hardbacks?
A: Refunds are accepted if your books happen to arrive damaged. If that happens, send the Ruby & R.A. Vincent Shop a message that includes a photo of the damage within thirty days of the date of delivery. After photo is received, your return will be processed.
