Ordering

I placed an order now what?

You’ll receive an email confirming your purchase, and we will get to work packing up your books! Once an order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number.

When will I receive an update on my order?

You’ll get a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order has been dispatched. Until then, hang tight—your books are being prepped with love (and maybe a little chaos).

How do I get my Ebooks or Audiobooks?

When purchased, our trusted digital distribution partner, BookFunnel, will email you a web link providing immediate online access to your eBook products.

The online page at BookFunnel also offers instructions on how to download your product or deliver the file to your Kindle, iPhone, Android device, Nook or Kobo, or other device.

When will my physical books arrive?

The Ruby & R.A. Vincent shop is a one-woman operation—signed, packed, and shipped by the author herself! Orders are typically shipped twice a month, and you’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your package is in USPS’s hands.

When will my special edition books arrive?

As noted on each product page, special editions take a little longer due to custom production timelines. Please allow 3–4 months for delivery.

How will my books ship?

To keep costs down for readers, all items in your order ship together in one package. We do not split orders or offer split shipping.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We offer worldwide shipping, though delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing. You can checkout our full Shipping Policy for more details.

Refunds & Returns

What is your refund policy for Ebooks and Audiobooks?

All digital products are final sale—no refunds or returns are available for Ebooks or Audiobooks.

What if my book arrives damaged?

We accept refunds for damaged physical books. If your item arrives in less-than-perfect condition, email us within 30 days of delivery and include a photo of the damage. Once received, we’ll get your refund processed. You can review our full Refund & Returns Policy for more information.
