We want every Ruby & R.A. Vincent order to arrive just as epic as the stories inside. Here's everything you need to know about our refund and return policy:
Digital Products (Ebooks & Audiobooks)
All digital items—including ebooks and audiobooks—are final sale. Once purchased, they cannot be refunded, returned, or exchanged. Please double-check your cart before completing checkout to make sure you’ve selected the correct format.
Physical Products (Paperbacks & Hardcovers)
We’re unable to accept returns for physical items due to change of mind. However, if your order arrives damaged, we’re more than happy to make it right.
To request a refund for damaged books, please email us via the Contact page with:
- A clear photo of the damage
- Your order number
- The email address used at checkout
This must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
Once we review and approve the request, we’ll issue a refund or replacement based on your preference and stock availability.
Processing Time
Refunds (if approved) are typically processed within 5–10 business days and will appear on your original payment method. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way
